Confidentiality policy
Preamble - Scope of application
This confidentiality policy describes the commitments of EUNOIA, a simplified joint stock company, with regard to the protection of personal data in the context of its non-contractual and non-commercial activities in the legal sense, in particular :

free access to content, services or resources (diagnostics, demonstrations, white papers, webinars, interviews, etc.);
-
communication, canvassing, marketing, advertising or business development operations aimed at professional audiences;
-
organising or taking part in professional events (trade fairs, conferences, audiovisual recordings, round tables, etc.).
Processing carried out as part of the paid services offered via the EUNOIA SECURITY HUB platform is excluded from the scope of this policy and governed by specific documents, in particular the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).

Governance and documentation
The data collected is processed for the following purposes:

Provision of free services offered by EUNOIA (diagnostics, tools, demonstrations, downloadable resources, webinars, etc.) ;

Organisation and management of events, conferences, webinars, interviews and audiovisual recordings;

Sales canvassing, corporate communications, marketing and advertising;

Monitoring relations with prospects and professional partners;

Drawing up internal statistics on the effectiveness of sales campaigns and actions.

In a strictly professional context (B2B), EUNOIA may base this processing on :

the explicit consent of the data subject when required;

its legitimate interest, in particular to promote its services and develop professional relations, under the conditions of article 6-1-f of the RGPD and article L.34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code;

compliance with legal obligations.

All processing practices are carried out in strict compliance with the RGPD and in accordance with EUNOIA's RGPD Policy, to which this policy refers.
Data collected
The data likely to be collected includes :

Identification details: surname, first name, job title, company ;

Professional contact details: email, telephone, address ;

Information relating to the activity: resource downloaded, form completed, participation in an event, etc;

Audiovisual data: recording of images or voices as part of interviews, webinars or other broadcast content (with prior express consent).
No so-called sensitive data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health, etc.) is collected in this context.
Confidentiality, sub-contracting and non-assignment
The data collected is never sold, transferred or exchanged with third parties under any circumstances.
It may only be passed on to service providers acting on behalf of EUNOIA, and strictly for the purposes described (hosting, distribution, emailing, events). These service providers are bound by a contractual obligation of confidentiality and compliance with the RGPD.
Re-use of data and commercial information
By accessing free content or registering for an event organised by EUNOIA, the user expressly authorises:

the re-use of their data for canvassing or personalised follow-up purposes;

the sending of targeted communications (emails, invitations, service offers);

mention of the name of their company in EUNOIA's commercial or communication materials (website, presentations, brochures, etc.), unless they expressly object.
Right to image and interviews
Any image or voice recording as part of an interview, webinar or event is subject to the prior signature of an image rights form.
No recording or audiovisual broadcast of identifiable persons will be made without formal consent.
Intellectual property
All content offered free of charge by EUNOIA (documents, tools, videos, media, visual elements, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, extraction or distribution constitutes an infringement liable to prosecution.
The user expressly undertakes to respect these rights and not to misuse the content offered.
Rights of the persons concerned
In accordance with Articles 12 to 23 of the GPDR, all individuals have the following rights:

Right of access to personal data;

Right of rectification, erasure or restriction;

Right to object, in particular to commercial prospecting;

Right to data portability;
-
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CNIL in France);

The right to define what happens to your data after your death.
